Set up in 2011 by the management team of Optimum Asset Management, Futura Investment Management Ltd is Optimum Asset Management affiliated company. Headquartered in Malta, authorized and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority, Futura was set up in order to originate and execute tailor-made transactions designed to meet very specific investor portfolio needs. The Company acts via Futura Funds SICAV, an investment umbrella Fund also authorized and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Similarly to Optimum Asset Management, Futura Investment Management focuses on market niches, looking for value across a wide range of asset classes, seeking out exceptionally high risk adjusted returns providing its customers with different and often highly innovative investment opportunities.

Futura Funds is currently active through its three sub-Funds:

- Newton
- Alpha Plus
- Marco Polo

Futura Investment Management current main areas of expertise are Private Equity and Portfolio Restructuring. The close partnership with Optimum Asset Management allows Futura Investment Management to benefit from Optimum’s entire spectrum of business, leveraging on the already well-established network of international relationships to source investment opportunities virtually anywhere in the world.
